OEM parts on the truck

Sagging, leaking, or detached gutters in Avenue Collection, St. Thomas don't fix themselves. We repair failed hangers, re-seal seams, straighten pitch, and where the aluminum is past saving, replace the entire run in seamless 5" or 6" — always with hidden hangers and screws, not spike-and-ferrule.

Why gutter repair & replacement matters in Avenue Collection, St. Thomas

Hidden Hangers Matter

Old spike-and-ferrule gutters loosen every winter. Modern hidden hangers with screws don't.

Correct Pitch

A gutter run needs 1/4" drop per 10 feet toward the downspout. Anything less and water pools and overflows mid-run.

Downspout Sizing

A 5" gutter with a 2x3 downspout is undersized for most GTA roofs. We upsize to 3x4 during replacement.
