When freeze-thaw has spalled the brick on your chimney in Old West Brant, Brantford, or the mortar joints have deteriorated to sand, a proper rebuild — or partial rebuild with tuckpointing — restores structural integrity and stops the water damage cycle.

Why chimney rebuild & tuckpointing matters in Old West Brant, Brantford

Structural Safety

A crumbling chimney can drop bricks — a real liability during storms in Old West Brant, Brantford.

Tuckpointing Explained

Grinding out old mortar joints and repacking with fresh mortar. Adds 30+ years to a masonry chimney.

Partial vs Full Rebuild

If only the crown-level courses are damaged, we rebuild the top 4–8 courses. Full rebuilds are rare and only when the entire stack is compromised.

Chimney Rebuild & Tuckpointing reviews in Old West Brant, Brantford

Honest about what I did not need
They told me the flue did not need sweeping yet and charged only for the inspection. First contractor in years to talk me out of spending money.
Nadia F. - Richmond Hill - 2026-06-19
Thorough sweep before the season
Drop cloths went down before anything else. Room was spotless afterwards and they fixed a loose cap on the spot rather than booking a second visit.
Emily T. - Etobicoke - 2026-02-09
Clean, quiet, respectful
Shoe covers, sheeting, and a sealed vacuum. My wife works from home and barely noticed they were here.
Peter N. - Oshawa - 2026-01-15
Fast after a smoke back-up
Smoke came into the living room on a Sunday evening. They were here the next morning, found a nest, cleared it, and tested the draft before leaving.
