A chimney cap keeps rain, snow, animals, and debris out of your flue in Guildwood, Scarborough. A chimney without a cap is an open pipe pointed at your fireplace — birds nest in it every spring, and water pours into it every rainstorm.

Why chimney cap installation matters in Guildwood, Scarborough

Water Exclusion

Animal Prevention

Raccoons, squirrels, and chimney swifts nest in uncapped flues every year in Guildwood, Scarborough.

Fast after a smoke back-up
Smoke came into the living room on a Sunday evening. They were here the next morning, found a nest, cleared it, and tested the draft before leaving.
Kevin O. - Brampton - 2026-03-08
Good work, tight scheduling
Had to move my appointment once, but the sweep itself was excellent and the crown sealing has held through the winter with no water staining.
Greg W. - Burlington - 2025-10-21
Second flue done same visit
Old house with a furnace flue as well. They handled both in one visit and discounted the second one rather than charging full price twice.
