When a roof reaches the end of its life in Hills of St. Andrew, Aurora, a proper replacement means more than tearing off shingles. We strip to deck, replace rotted sheathing, upgrade underlayment and ice-and-water shield, and re-flash every penetration. The result is a 25–50 year roof, not a cosmetic recover.

Why roof replacement matters in Hills of St. Andrew, Aurora

Full Tear-Off Matters

Layering new shingles over old traps heat, hides deck rot, and voids most manufacturer warranties. We tear off to deck every time.

Real Underlayment

Ice-and-water shield along eaves, valleys, and around every penetration is the difference between a 15-year roof and a 40-year roof in Hills of St. Andrew, Aurora.

Ventilation Sizing

Under-ventilated attics cook shingles and grow mould. We measure intake and exhaust and correct undersized systems as part of the job.
