Why chimney rebuild & tuckpointing matters in Hills of St. Andrew, Aurora

Structural Safety

A crumbling chimney can drop bricks — a real liability during storms in Hills of St. Andrew, Aurora.

Tuckpointing Explained

Grinding out old mortar joints and repacking with fresh mortar. Adds 30+ years to a masonry chimney.

Partial vs Full Rebuild

Family of raccoons in the flue. They removed them humanely, cleaned everything, and fitted a stainless guard that has kept them out since.
