A chimney cap keeps rain, snow, animals, and debris out of your flue in Kedron, Oshawa. A chimney without a cap is an open pipe pointed at your fireplace — birds nest in it every spring, and water pours into it every rainstorm.

Why chimney cap installation matters in Kedron, Oshawa

Water Exclusion

The single most cost-effective chimney improvement you can make is installing a cap.

Animal Prevention

Raccoons, squirrels, and chimney swifts nest in uncapped flues every year in Kedron, Oshawa.

Chimney Cap Installation reviews in Kedron, Oshawa

4.9 average from 743 verified customer reviews
Clean, quiet, respectful
Shoe covers, sheeting, and a sealed vacuum. My wife works from home and barely noticed they were here.
Peter N. - Oshawa - 2026-01-15
Great with an old masonry chimney
1920s brick, plenty of quirks. The technician clearly knew older builds and pointed out mortar joints to watch rather than pushing a rebuild.
Owen C. - Milton - 2025-11-08
Explained the pricing upfront
Quoted over the phone, confirmed on site before starting, and the final invoice matched exactly. Refreshing in this trade.
Simone R. - Scarborough - 2025-09-27
Honest about what I did not need
They told me the flue did not need sweeping yet and charged only for the inspection. First contractor in years to talk me out of spending money.
Nadia F. - Richmond Hill - 2026-06-19
