When freeze-thaw has spalled the brick on your chimney in Central Newmarket, Newmarket, or the mortar joints have deteriorated to sand, a proper rebuild — or partial rebuild with tuckpointing — restores structural integrity and stops the water damage cycle.

Why chimney rebuild & tuckpointing matters in Central Newmarket, Newmarket

Structural Safety

A crumbling chimney can drop bricks — a real liability during storms in Central Newmarket, Newmarket.

Tuckpointing Explained

Grinding out old mortar joints and repacking with fresh mortar. Adds 30+ years to a masonry chimney.

Partial vs Full Rebuild

Chimney Rebuild & Tuckpointing reviews in Central Newmarket, Newmarket

4.9 average from 743 verified customer reviews
Thorough sweep before the season
Drop cloths went down before anything else. Room was spotless afterwards and they fixed a loose cap on the spot rather than booking a second visit.
Emily T. - Etobicoke - 2026-02-09
Camera scan caught a cracked tile
Previous company swept and said everything was fine. Diamond ran a camera and showed me a cracked liner tile on screen. Glad I got the second opinion.
Marta S. - Mississauga - 2025-11-30
Report my insurer accepted
Needed dated documentation for renewal. The report had the technician certification number and photos, and my insurer accepted it without a follow-up question.
Rachel B. - Vaughan - 2025-12-12
Honest about what I did not need
They told me the flue did not need sweeping yet and charged only for the inspection. First contractor in years to talk me out of spending money.
Nadia F. - Richmond Hill - 2026-06-19
