A chimney cap keeps rain, snow, animals, and debris out of your flue in Fairfield, Kitchener. A chimney without a cap is an open pipe pointed at your fireplace — birds nest in it every spring, and water pours into it every rainstorm.

Why chimney cap installation matters in Fairfield, Kitchener

Water Exclusion

The single most cost-effective chimney improvement you can make is installing a cap.

Animal Prevention

Raccoons, squirrels, and chimney swifts nest in uncapped flues every year in Fairfield, Kitchener.

Spark Arrestor

Chimney Cap Installation reviews in Fairfield, Kitchener

4.9 average from 743 verified customer reviews
Great with an old masonry chimney
1920s brick, plenty of quirks. The technician clearly knew older builds and pointed out mortar joints to watch rather than pushing a rebuild.
Owen C. - Milton - 2025-11-08
Explained the pricing upfront
Quoted over the phone, confirmed on site before starting, and the final invoice matched exactly. Refreshing in this trade.
Simone R. - Scarborough - 2025-09-27
Good work, tight scheduling
Had to move my appointment once, but the sweep itself was excellent and the crown sealing has held through the winter with no water staining.
Greg W. - Burlington - 2025-10-21
Report my insurer accepted
Needed dated documentation for renewal. The report had the technician certification number and photos, and my insurer accepted it without a follow-up question.
Rachel B. - Vaughan - 2025-12-12
