A chimney cap keeps rain, snow, animals, and debris out of your flue in Leaside, East York. A chimney without a cap is an open pipe pointed at your fireplace — birds nest in it every spring, and water pours into it every rainstorm.

Why chimney cap installation matters in Leaside, East York

Water Exclusion

The single most cost-effective chimney improvement you can make is installing a cap.

Animal Prevention

Raccoons, squirrels, and chimney swifts nest in uncapped flues every year in Leaside, East York.

Thorough sweep before the season
Drop cloths went down before anything else. Room was spotless afterwards and they fixed a loose cap on the spot rather than booking a second visit.

Explained the pricing upfront
Quoted over the phone, confirmed on site before starting, and the final invoice matched exactly. Refreshing in this trade.
Simone R. - Scarborough - 2025-09-27
Level 2 for a house sale
Recorded the whole flue on video for the buyer's agent. The chimney line item stopped being a negotiation point the same day.
Tom H. - Markham - 2026-04-03
Wood stove cleaning done right
Careful, knowledgeable, and explained the creosote grading so I actually understood why it mattered. Booking was easy and they arrived inside the window.
